My girlfriend and I are looking to go diving tomorrow. Anyone know where a good spot to go around western CT is? I'd like to see some cool shit. Bonus points for ship wrecks or under water towns.
let me know.

As far as Fairfield county goes, they only list Squantz Pond, which I've never dove, but is supposed to be well known for artifact (as in Indians and settlers) diving. I've only dove in West Hill Pond, up in the Winsted area. Nice dive.
if you go to long island there is a ship graveyard
Also, you should see the full masks Annie brought home from work. have walkie talkies and lights and everything!

dive for anchors at turtle head and then sell them for ten bucks a pop, i'm jealous, i haven't been diving in at least a year and that wasnt even with a cool face mask navy seal toy. You don't even need lights in candlewood, you get 20 feet down and its just brail diving in muck

pretty much just some foundations and a bridge, supposedly there used to be a graveyard by the danbury town park too, some old guy told me one day when he was little he went to the park and the coffins started popping up. Don't know if its true or not but would be wild if it were

I would go out to Western CT to dive. I`ve been out in Branford and New Haven to go for lobsters and I several times I hit the bottom before I saw it...even with a light. Plus, the water is warm so the visibilty will go way down too. I didn`t know you dove Hoff in Floff.
I don't always drink orange juice, but when I do, I prefer to chew it. #madpulp
