    Hey All,
Just got sent to the site by a craigslister J. Mclure. I bought a winter-beater Jeep YJ and spring is almost here and I see rocks that need to be crawled. I haven't started Modding the jeep for it yet but am looking to go wheeling soon.
Anyone in the Eastern/ central Ct. area who needs help with projects? I have a TIG welder, Lathe, and Milling machine that have sat idle in my garrage for far too long and no prjects of my own to work on right now. So i guess what i am saying is WILL WORK FOR BEER (or parts).

If you can buy the parts in a store, is it realy custom?

Welcome monkey. As for your garage, I don't think your tools are going to be idle for long. I'm always looking for someone that deserves a case of beer for good work

Anyhow, welcome to , and enjoy yourself

Re:What kind of lathe and bridgeport?

The lathe is a 1950's ATLAS 9" throw over a 4' bed (good enough for truing / balancing drive shafts), and the milling machine is a harbor freight special bench top. 6" front to back by 14" side to side (best for small to medium projects) both mostly used to build parts for my chopper .

The welder is a 220V TIG / stick single freq (no aluminum ability) but great for stainless / mild steel.
If you can buy the parts in a store, is it realy custom?
