ALL right new here so i figured i would say HI, Not new to the offroad world. I own two rigs right now first one is my baby, its a 85 chevy K10, it now has a four inch lift, Dana 44 front soon to be a D60(just need to rebuild it), FF14 rear with 410s for now soon to be 456s. Small block 350, with some mild work done to it, TH350 and np208. Drivetrain is in the middle of getting rebuild into a TH400, 203/205 doubler. It is all rolling around on a set of 39.5/13.5r20 IROKs on some MT Classic2s. this is my DD so it takes a little longer to get the upgrades done.
The other toy i just picked up for 2gs about two weeks ago. Its a 88 YJ, New 4.2, new 5speed(still not sure what one, i am new at this jeep thing) Procomp 4 inch lift. 32/11.5r15 BFG MTs on some steel wheels(with way to little backspacing), I have already fixed the rotted out floor behind the seats, cleaned up the engine bay and got her running sweet. Next is to install the cage and fix the rear frame near the hangers. I also picked up a set of 78 f350 D60s for 300bucks(I know you can all hate me
) Going to run them full width spring over with a shackle reversal in the front. With some 37s on H2s. when i start really building her up i will get some pics on here for you guys to see.
well cant wait to come out and play so hope she will be done soon.
