So just making sure, who is still going?
I'm thinking of meeting like Friday afternoonish if that works. Especially since I cant camp on Sunday night (Paper route in the morning, cant miss) but I want to camp at least one night. I guess you guys would be on your own on Sunday but I can draw a map of the trail network or other stuff nearby if anyone really wants me to.
So...
Meet at Bennington Square Plaza off RT-7 in town at like 3-4'ish, if the time doesn't work for anyone I will change it.
If anyone wants to come later I will just give you directions to find it yourself, it is hard to miss the trail.
There is only one spot on the trail that is even remotely suitable for camping about an hour from the trailhead so it would be nice to get there before dark to set up and whatnot. I looked up the laws regarding camping on public land in VT and they are pretty lax, as long as it isn't over a certain elevation and you don't burn the forest down or litter you are fine.
Only real rig requirement would be like a minor lift and some AT's just because there is a ton of deeper water crossings, but all but like 1 or 2 of the offshoots are doable stock if you are spotted.
Basically just post up if you are going and if you can meet me on Friday. I guess I will try to set something up from there.01 XJ 3" on 33's and some new paint n stuff. Gone.
