I have an old steel frame bike that was free, a length of 8" inside diameter PVC for free and I just got some wheels with bearings at Home Depot.

I think you can get PVC up to like 12" in diameter or something.

Pedals or studs, I'm going to shoot for pedals, but if not, I'll have someone pull me behind a car or something going downhill.
