i ordered them fancy new joints a couple weeks back and still waiting for them to ship....
but it reminds me to call em up to see about when they will be ready
He said my order will hopefully ship friday... I ordered 2.625/1.25shanked/.5625hole, 2 left 2 right. he said they are making them as fast as they are selling
he said they are getting 300-400 orders for them a day
my hats off to them for offering this product at such a low price... but waiting does suck
Finally the stuff shipped out yesterday! I built my spring perches and took some pics but for some reason I am having trouble uploading the pics on my laptop (I just formatted it). I am not sure why... but I am setting up a new computer maybe this weekend...hopefully can get some pics up
I hippie metal (ryan), offically hate you for being so skilled and having an absolutely spectacular build going on..
i dont really hate you. i just wish i had that amount of win under my belt
Dear Ryan,
I was told by the owner of a well known jeep shop in CT that I cannot build a 4 link suspension that works well, my jeep is going to be too long, the axles are overkill, the drivetrain won't fit (it does) and I probably wont be able to drive it well because I don't qualify for a senior discount anywhere. Hopefully I can prove him wrong

Thanks for the encouragement,

I was told by a particular person that I cannot mention his name in vein in public, but I know who you are talking about, and I hate him too.

A couple more under the hood shots I finally uploaded:
While I have been waiting for my 4 link parts, I was able to source a better clearance oil pan. The old pan was from a 4wd s10, the new one is for a 2wd s10
Also while I have been waiting, I built my version of the spring perches I was talking about earlier in this thread
Start
TJ rear coils from Dana, some ~2.5" tube I had on the self
Add 1 Ballistic Coil Mount kit
Then I cut out the 3.5" dia retainer plate to keep the spring from dropping off of the mount when the axle droops. Drill 3 countersink holes and tap the corresponding holes in the mounts. Thread the center hole for the bumpstop. Done
