what will i have to change with a teraflex buget boost

ok i have a 88 jeep xj with a 3 inch rc lift kit i wanna go 4.5 so i think im going to get a 1.5 inch teraflex budget boost.

my only qestion is will i have to change any thing and will my rc shocks work they are made for the 3 inch lift ???? i dont wanna spend alot or buy new shocks.
if you guys could help me out that would be great.

look at what comes in a 4.5" lift kit

you need everything in that except the springs and shackles (if applicable)
