My buddy down the street got an 02 TJ in the fall, three inch lift, 33's with a xcase lower.
He called me yesterday and said he started it with the e brake up and he thought it was in neutral, it was in gear, he went to get out, it stalled.
Tries to start it, all lights come on nothing. Starter and fuel pump relays buzzin under the hood. By the time I come over, nothing's happening. No dash lights no clicking.
I tap the battery terminals and the lights go on, he tries to start it and everything goes dead. I go under, put a screw driver across the starter solenoid, nothing. He went and got a new starter, not it.
Any idea's?
