Anti-axle wrap perches?

I was browsing the interweb and saw these leaf springs perches which claim to virtually eliminate axle wrap. They are 7 3/4 inches long. Oppinions/experience with this?

they dont virtually eliminate anything

i still have some terrible axle wrap
