throttle body swap 2.5 to 4.0

does any body know about upgrading a stock 2.5 throttle body to a 4.0? i have a 89 and can only find info on 91 and newer

i know on newer ones it makes a big difference but cant find any info on mine or what to use... its completly different... has anyone done one on an older one or know what to use?
