Specs on Poly stops

For those who have the poly progressive rate bumps in the rear, what height bump are you using and what iz it's height fully compressed, I'm building rear bumpstop towers and I need some info pleez

i rock the 2.5's similar to what justin posted

i dont know how far they compess because i cant watch them when im drivin phast/jumpin

flecksin they compress maybe half thier size

half size is about what i figured, i just wanna build the tower outside the jeep before i weld it on, so i dont wanna have to cut it apart if i can avoid it with some measuring
