is there anyway to disable the ABS in a '97 xj. anybody do it? run into any problems?

i have a 2000. pulled the fuse. no problems.
i had too many near death experiences with abs

pull the fuses and relays and pop the bulb outta the dash, I even went as far as cutting the wheel sensor wires...

simple enough
. none of you had any electrical/computer problems it never screwed up like a sync. some where or anything tapped into it. thanx for the help

i drove into some ice an a huge log like two months ago.. an boom no more abs
this was the day before i was gona pull the fuse so it worked out well.97 zj- frankenstein 3.5", 35 stt's.
