                yea im gonna go down there this week and double check it has 4.10s and whatnot...i already spoke with the guy who did my gears in lindenhurst and he says hes down for whenever to put it in...

                im getting a raise soon + i havent spent my tax return yet so i think the funds wont be a problem and ill worry about getting 33's once this thing is done...anyone got any good links and stuff for 8.8 info i can read up on?

                  this will help you, take note of axle code to make sure its 4:10

                  These are the codes you will need when out shopping for your 8.8

                  Axle tag codes:

                  3L73 = 3.73 LS

                  4 10 = 4.10 open

                  4L10 = 4.10 LS

                  and so on

                  Door codes:

                  43 Open 3200 3.08

                  41 Open 3200 3.27

                  42 Open 4.10

                  46 Open 3.73

                  45 Open 3200 3.55

                  D4 Limited Slip 3200 3.73

                  D2 Limited Slip 4.10

                  L73 Limited Slip 3.73

                  Here's all the specs, measurements, and misc crap about the 8.8 you'll ever want to know.
