Tie rod poly spacers

Anyone know where I can get tie rod ploy spacers to help keep the Tie rod from twisting.

I've searched the internet with no luck.

I think I remember seeing somewhere that you can buy like 3 feet of that for real cheap, and make a shitload of them.
