    The hose from the nozzely thing to the big dookin wire/gas feeder line (yea i dont got my welder anatomy down) cracked. So now all my shielding gas leaks out right there before it gets to the gun.



    now the rubber hose is uber tight on the silvery piece so sliding it is not an option. and i cannot figure out for the life of me how to remove the brass nozzely assembly thing towards the right side of the picture...

    i was thinkin just wrap some electrical tape around that shit. but that will likely leak and not last long atall.

    Probably need a new lead. I am not sure if that "tube" is replaceable or needs to replaced as a unit.

      is that the handle peice that the wire goes thru because if it is you need to buy a new one

                I had the same happen to mine i tried everything to fix it and no dice. Maybe talk to owen he used to fix welders he may have a trick
