hey i know i already posted this on the old forum but i finally got the time to take the dash apart. just to remind you i think it was the lockout switch in the steering column that isnt allowing the tranny to shift outta park. so the piece i narrowed the clicking down to is a white cylinder attached to the column with two wires going into it(i'll take pics in a few days or so), can i just cut the wires to that or cross them somehow? or should i tell my buddy just to buy a new one?
