  • Locker Wise, whats out there?

Im thinking of keeping my 33's and getting them in a 12.50 sometime during spring. I have heard good and bad things from locking a front. I don't want to have my front end "bounce" when im making tight turns so i was thinking maybe a selectable locker.

How much would one run me, and where is the best place to get one?

Feedback on people who DD a locked front end would be nice.

Edit: just looked at some prices and a selectable is WAY out of budget

GBOGH, i've daily driven my front aussie locked for a year now and have had zero problems...all it does is click when making turns and you can barely hear it...

in 4wd the only thing i dont like is its alittle difficult to make tight/sharp maneuvers...you get used to it though you'll end up making Austin Power k turns...if i had a better rear axle i would aussied that and put a tru trac or sometihng upfront...

on a sidenote, how old are your bfga? i WANT that exact tire/size maybe when you get new ones we can work something out?
