2004 4.0L Tapping

Hey guys and gals... noticed my Jeep taps along with the RPMs whether in gear or not. Tone does not change with load. Only 12K on the motor

Sounds like valves in #1 cylinder... any insight from the jeep gurus?

whats your oil pressure at hot idle, and at crusing speed?

the 4.0 is loud as fuck in general.

Yeah -need to connect the aftermarket oil pressure gauge.

No metal in oil...

also thinking that it could be an exhaust manifold leak/ crack


Been searching quite a bit so I' pretty well armed to pinpoint the issue

4.0L are known for the noisey lifters and bad exhaust manifolds
