any of you TJ guys know where i can find a water proof seat cover. i see them all over noone seems to specify that they are water proof though... unless neoprene is a water proof material..? some say made of neoprene.

any reason this is specific to a corbeau seat...? its just a cover. says its water proof. cheap enough. wouldent it just fit over a stock xj seat?

why do you need a waterprrof cover? you will like double the value of your jeep.

i have had mud and junk slosh around on mine. just let em dry and brush the mud off. they never stunk either

well be it that my driver door is already so trashed its barely attached during the warmer months i plan on just leaving them off and if it rains during the day or a night i dont want to sit on a wet seat in the morning...

nothing is actually "water proof" only water resistant.

the neoprene ones are about as resistant as you can get im pretty sure. but, during a good rain even they will soak up a bit of water. best bet to have fun in the rain and still be able to drive home with a dry ass is to get even a cheapo cover from autozone and put it on over plastic over the seat, so that even if the cover is wet, the plastic will keep the seat dry. pull them off and you can sit on a dry seat.

the neoprene covers might work just as well in this aspect tho.

pretty sure quadratec and 4wd.com carry them.

          good luck.

neoprene is teh suck you will get swamp ass in the summer and when it rains it actually holds in moisture.

the best thing you can do is get vinyl seat covers, moisture can just be toweled off and you have a dry seat

                        stop.

besttop covers. theyre expensive, but theyre awesome. water doesn't go through em.. mine have been covered in mud, water, snow, and wet dirty husky dog and they look the same as the day i bought em. theyre made out of soft top material.
