  • One more Dana 30 thread

Soooo I bought calipers for my 1987 Dana 30 about a year ago.... had to make them work (they fit but the knuckles did not like them much) NOW I have in my possession a new to me Dana 30 out of a 97XJ....or maybe it was a 98, idk, whatever!? Do I have to buy new calipers and brake pads for the new Dana 30 or will the ones that I have off the 1987 Dana fit? (The calipers and pads are in good shape still). I'm gonna throw a hail marry on the Hubs/Ujoints and hope they at least last me a few months

didn't know this! for now the bearings seem to be ok. But I will def get timken's with a life time warranty for my next set..... you can't really that especially with how often i seem to be going through them.
