jeep wont start

so my jeep is a 89' wrangler 2.5 4 banger with an ax-5

i have spark and i have fuel but it just wont fire over. last time i took it out i fried the battery and starter but after replacing them i got it to fire and it idled for a minute but after shutting it off it wont start again. Any ideas before i start buying shit thats not it?

hows your ignition coil? did you change it when you changed the starter and battery?

ignition switch in the steering column.??? try jumping the starter with the battery.

i have good spark all the way to the plugs. it turns over but wont fire. im gonna try a cps tom and see if that does it
