Need Help

So last night my 2000 wrangler would not start. We tried jumping it and got it to start. The second someone releases the gas pedal the car turns off. Any ideas? It is about to snow and I would like to have this running.

feather the throttle for like 10 mins to keep it running

should be good after that

Is that a permanent solution or do I start it and get it to a shop?

its a solution, my 96 xj ALWAYS did this when i was having battery cable issues.
