jeep goes putpoohpuh sputter sputter

Every once in a while my jeep sputters and makes weird sounds and a popping sound almost like a back fire when i start it. If i try to drive it wont do anything just sits there and cant move. but after it warms up for a bit or if i shut it off and restart it it will be fine. what coud this be ? any ideas i think the coil might be bad. The check engine light goes on than shuts off after driving for a bit.

sounds like a fuel delivery issue to me

only codes that ever came up was cylinder 3 misfire but the check engine light does not stay on anymore goes off after a while of driving.
