what size bump stops should i use with a 4.5 lift kit and 33s ?

Ok well for now im running the stock flares. but after christmas ill be getting bushwackers or rustys flares. Shock length im not shure on that they are the rustys shocks that come with the 4.5 inch kit. backspacing on the wheels is 4"
