Also 4wd doesn't show lengths I guess, so the one for a 4 inch or 5-6 inch lift. And wtf's the diff between shocks for a long arm and shocks for a short arm?

i know for an xj a 10" travel shock is about average for a 4.5" lift

but it all has to do with how your suspension is setup

i have run 10 and 12" travel shocks with a 3" lift
