Jeep runs hot

My jeep likes to go to around 230 when under a heavy load aka going up a hill and pedal to the metal or if its a hot day and im traveling around on the highway. I have replaced the waterpump, hoses (lower has the spring in it), good radiator, thermostat and all new coolant. Heater core is not plugged. Reasons it still runs hot?

Anything a shop can do to unclog something in the block? Maybe a coolant passage is blocked?

I'd ask if the clutch is shot on your fan but if you're having issues while moving that rules that out. Radiators not all plugged up? Anything blocking the radiator?

Fan clutch is "new" but from autozone. It may just be the thermostat but i dont think it is as that is new. Radiator is not physically blocked by anything but my winch solenoid box but that is about the size of a fog light so i think its negligible.

Just out of curiosity what degrees is the thermostat? Is it 195 or 180? You may be right about a blockage in the block or head. After I did my Cylinder head swap my XJ has been running a few degrees cooler than it used to. I believe there is a way to flush the block but it calls for opening the block drains and i dont think you will be able to open those without braking them.

You might want to try a 180 degree t-stat. If you can find a shop that can do a good coolant flush you might be able to free up a blockage. If the coolant service is around 50 bucks its a drain and fill, if is closer to a hundred they do an actual flush.

I dont want to use a lower tstat as my jeep should be running fine with a 195 and its not. I "flushed" it with a garden hose but i dont know if shops have higher pressure stuff or not. anybody know?
