  • Chassis saver paint?

Anybody ever use it?It's like POR 15,but supposed to be better.I used it years ago with great luck. The "89 XJ i just picked up had some flaking paint on the floors and some surface rust too.Today i wire wheeled it off, tomorrow i'm gonna throw some chassis saver on it.Then i'll put some rust-oleum undercoating on top .

never even heard of it, but if its cheaper then por 15 might be worth a shot. know prices?

I'm a huge fan of the $2.99 cans of rubberized undercoat

The paint went on great.Once it dried this stuff is BOMBPROOF!I scrubbed it with a scotch pan and wire brush to scuff it,you can't even tell!!!(i'll need sand paper!).Here's a few pics of the floorpan that had the surface rust. Before and after.

I used it on the floor boards in my Cherokee... I had some surface rust because my A/C drainage pipe was clogged and was backing up inside my Jeep. Haven't had anymore rust...
