School me on a rear disk swap for an XJ D44. What is needed? What vehicles can I get these parts off of? Any vehicles easier than others?

1999 XJ 4 inchs of lift or so, 35s and some other stuff. -
You can use the caliper mounting brackets, calipers, and rotors off a 94 Crown Vic, as long as it had rear discs (obviously). You need a retaining plate off a JK I believe....which I have two extras of if you need
