Jut wondering if the mounting locations on a commanche d44 has the same spring pad to spring pad measurement as a Cherokee, Im thinking about grinding the under axle mounts off but if they're the same I'll leave em on so I can use them as a template for the over axle perches and cut em off later

Nope there not the same. Xj is closer together then a mj.
