New toy

Me and my pops might be getting our hands on a new toy, an ~86 Chevy 1 ton pickup, crew cab, 8 ft bed, single rear wheel, 350sb, th350, np 205, d60 front and ff14 bolt rear

the plans are a budget truggy/tow vehicle. Lift springs/shackles in front, shackle reversal in rear, take the bed off and build tube/flat bad, cut as needed and maybe a hauler for the sammi and the crew. Also looking at shortening the frame behind the cab to a out 3-4ft.

I know this is slightly vague, but any advice on a lowbudget build tech/ ideas wouLd be cool

I would guess at least 16's to clear the brakes. But I could be wrong...

I thought that with the right back spacing if you have a chevy dana 60 you can clear 15's but i could be wrong
