I've never heard anything saying you are wrong, but a V8 WJ coils seem like they would be similar in spec to V8 ZJ coils.

I believe they are diffrent sizes.

wont they net like 2 to 3" of lift??? i know a lot of TJ guys use them for budget lifts

Someone on the RC forum asked me about WJ coils so they might be worth something - I'm still not sure if they are though? Haven't heard back from him yet on what his plans are for them. From his screen name I assume he has a TJ.

So I may be going back for the coils for him - and I may take the black leather seats now that I discovered they will bolt to the XJ seat frames. There is a second set of black leather WJ seats there in the '00 that I could pull if anyone is interested.

ZJ coils will.

V8 ZJ coils will give you around 1-1.5"

I just put a set of black leather WJ seats in to my buddies Xj for him.

If you just swap the tracks from the Xj seats on to the Wj seats then they can be manual slide. You can wire in the recline motor and make that power or you can remove the leather, swap out the recline motor for the stock xj manual recline lever. PM me if you want any more info, I did this for my friend and i did this to my old 98 xj 2 door i had, i swapped out the fold forward mechanism in to wj seats so they would work in my 2 door.

I'll keep you in mind next week if any problems come up when I get into the seat swap. I wish I had pulled them the first day the WJ came into the JY....but I was thinking I needed ZJ seats and I hadn't seen any ZJ seats that I wanted yet.
