Thing keeps bogging on me. It usually does it when i need power the most, like when im pulling out of a side street onto a busy road. I've almost died because of this.
The issue is really that when I start to stop, the thing goes down to 250rpm's, then when i stop revs back up to 750. Also, when accelerating again, I sometimes have a hard time getting the thing moving because it just bogs.
TPS is new, IAC is new, engine temp doesnt effect bogging.
seafoamed throttlebody, poured the other half into gas tank.

I'd really appreciate any help with this. I'm trying to borrow a friends fuel pressure gauge or w.e they are to see if its getting proper fuel.
