rebuilding superflex joints

I took apart my trackbar superflex joint today to replace the races inside, and i cant get the motherfuckers out of there no matter how hard i try...prying is limited because you dont want to mar up the threads on the leading edge of the joint face, and pounding from the otherside has proven ineffective.

whatever material these are, delrin or whathaveyou, is really a bitch.

anyone have any tips on getting these out who have done it before?

nvm, just figured out how these things are put together

for techs sake... i got a socket to fit over the ball and hammered on the metal washer on the opposite side to press it all through the other side, i had first thought the "Washer" was a part of the joint end and wasnt free to move.
