I give up...I need HELP

i have been searching and trying all kinds of thing...tricks,and mods trying to get my transfer case shift linkage either adjusted or working properly.and nothing works the best i got was if i put in 4lo and idle it wont pop out but as soon as i hit the gas it pops out.ive tried everything that ive read.please help some one......im so pissed im about ready to just pay someone to do it.

but pop it out from under the jeep

loosen the small bolt on the adjusting sleeve, or might as well take it completely out.

stick it in a vice, pb blaster and a hammer outta get it loose

i got it ktmracer thanks for the advice!it realy helped i was about to give up.but i fixed it.
