  • jeep dies here and there

ok so whenever it snows and is really fucking cold out (i.e. TODAY) my jeep fucking sputters and dies out. doesnt happen any other time but only when its cold and snowing ive noticed. when i get it started it starts, revs up to 2 grand by itself then dies. then it wont start for about 10 minutes or so and eventually if i leave it alone for awhile it will start. but that doesnt help me very much when im holding up traffic. any ideas? help pleeze

when in doubt clean your iac. tho the whole revving to 2 grand is weird and not customary to iac trouble.

2 of my previous vehicles (not jeeps) revved to around 2 grand due to an IAC issue. it could very well be your problem. no harm in trying

and its your fuel filters that need changing, not your injectors. dummy dumb, dumb dumb.
