wining/buzzing when tranny is put into gear?

alright put a new filter on AGAIN except this one is the same kind that was originally on...also put a drain plug on which im siked on idk why lol..

after 3 qts of new fluid the sound was there a tad but the fluid was way low...after 5.5 qts sound seems to have gone away compeltely...the engine was warmed up already thuough so we'll see later on a cold startup..
