  • my jeep almost pooped out a driveshaft

heard some clicking noises under the jeep tonight, looked and the 4 rear bolts on the axle yoke backed themselves out to the point where they were making contact with the DS, and they were so far out they were bent. sooo pulled the DS, greased it, the ujoints and got new straps and bolts and a supply of loctite. i need to upgrade to the u-bolt style. can't i just drill out the threads on my yoke now and use the correct size u-bolt?
