suggestions on tube notcher

i'm getting ready to build a full cage and i'm loooking to buy a notcher, any good suggestions??

then get some hole saws and notch like diss

i didn't know shit about welding, and still am no expert by any means, but i'm starting to lay down some halfway decent beads after maybe 4-5 little side projects (and that's with an arc)

pick up/cut up some scrap metal to practice on and go to town
