Check engine lights

hey everyone been forever, anywho i got a P0838 and P0837 quick google search has found these related to the 4WD, but not much in the way of diagnosis and fixing... I have quadradrive all time 4WD, and would like some guidance or direction to fix this issue.

1984 2.8 V6 XJ 2 door, 3'' lift 33'' general grabbers, 4.56 gears and half dead #rebuild

2002 4.7 WJ stock with K&n intake-DD
