08' chrystler sebring convertable electrical problem

So my gf's 08' sebring has been acting up lately. Usually when she turns on her alarm her horn makes a quick honk. Now, when she turns on the alarm no honk but the doors lock and the horn doesn't work. While driving the horn goes off by it's self at times and doesn't stop. Car even stalled on her, power steering went and car shut off.

any advice?

I disconnected and reconnected the battery and still nothing. I disconnected the battery, put the key in the on position, reconnected the battery and still nothing. took off the air bag and checked the connectoins behind the steering wheel and they look good but didn't take the steering wheel off.

so far i just disconnected the horns so at least it wont go off randomly when she's driving. a guy at the dealer said it might be the TIPM....he said they usually go bad
