Too much rot?

Hey guys quick question. I am looking at an XJ and was a little worried about this rot. I know the rockers are no big deal, but should I be worried with this?

I'm sure you'll be able to patch it with enough material and motivation... But the rest of it doesn't appear worth it. Unless the price properly reflects the fact that the Flintstones were the previous owners.

I hate to agree with Hux... I mean I really really hate that fact... but yeah, that's not looking so hot. I would bet money if you pulled the carpets back that the floorboards would be looking like they are about to fall through. I would pass if it were me.

I got my 2dr 5spd for free.........month later it had all new floors and 2x6 rockers....all done for under 1200 including materials.....long as it runs insanely good, and it's cheap as fuck...I'd do it...but that's me
