    Meh.. fuck it.. I'm getting the borla I wanted. Sucks to spend the money. But stock headers cracked, I need to pull the head to replace a freeze plug...while I'm pulling all this apart...might as well change that..and throw the 00 intake manifold from my parts rig on it

      You want to get the $60 new header off of eBay with the expansion section in it. That's what everyone uses and they never crack.

        Sucked it up and bought a new borla header setup off jegs. Next is the cat back set up in January....without the cat....its 20 years old...no emissions or inspections

                Emissions is not related to the classic plates. Classic plates are 20 years, emissions is 25. Hasn't changed in years.

                    Sometimes

                    In this case, I knew the emissions/antique plate laws pretty well already. 25 years old, newer than 4 years, composite vehicles (kit cars), GVW greater than 10k pounds, buses, and trucks with farm plates are all exempt.
