Backstory: 97 TJ AX 15 with the NP231. Within the last year I have changed all the fluids and today just checked the levels all as well. I pulled the front drive shaft and swapped in an alternate rear trying to figure this vibration out.
Basically my steering wheel and mostly the steering wheel vibrates between 27-35 mph. So vibes when I initially start out but nothing compared to the vibes when slowing down in gear. Happens mostly in third and fourth and not so much fifth. I was thinking balancing or front end since I replaced the tie rod with a ZJ one, BUT the vibes disappear between gear shifts and when the jeep is in neutral. I also noticed the front of the transfer case is wet, not sure if they are related but what could be leaking and what could possibly be causing the steering wheel to bounce.

Thanks in advance
