So the c on my passenger side is definitely bent. I looked at everyone's yesterday and mine is different than all ya'lls. Is there anyway I can bend that back or should I just build a new axle?

I would just to cut it off and weld on a new one.
If you had any D30 kicking around I think they are all the same.
I wouldn't even try to bend it back.

Shortening my d60 was a 3 hour ordeal with disassembling everything... And d60 ball joints bring the suck. Wouldn't be a terrible job if it actually was bent.
