WJ Brakes on ZJ

does anyone know if the WJ swap will work with my ABS system on the 5.9?

I'm not 100% certain on how zj abs systems work but in theory it's just the rings on the shafts and sensors so the wj swap wouldn't affect the placement of the shafts

yeah i just need to make sure the tone ring on my cv shafts will line up with the sensor mounting point on the knuckle

just pulled one of the wj ones off the shelf here at work looks like i might be able to press the tone ring off if it will line up on the zj shaft... does anyone feel that im marching into treacherous territory?

Check the inside diameter of both to see if they will press on correctly

Your abs sensors won't work on those knuckles.

You can probably get the WJ abs sensors and cut the plug off and make them work

theres a guy on jeepforum with it done on his 5.9 using the stock zj sensors, gonna give it a go.
