Dana 44 question

Scout axles?
I found a rear dana 44 out of a scout with 4.55 gears factory in good shape for $150. The lug pattern is 5x5.5 so is there any reason for me to not run it? It's a 63wms one, so it should work perfectly with my 62.5 front. As far as locking it Lincoln time.

I'm thinking for 35s maybe 36s I will be fine. I don't wheel full of hate as much as I used to! And it will be nice to be able to just run it.
