installing front frame stiffeners on an xj

i have LII stiffies for the front. my question is can i install these while my jeep is on jack stands with no axles under it? the jack stands are at stock lower control arm mount and right in front of the front leaf spring mounts.

You should be fine. The unibody shouldnt be tweeking that much unless you have some serious cracks
