    anybody have any experience with creeps? more so at the end of there life span/ low tread? any traction or sidewall issues?

    i'm on my third set, they kick dick.

    probably the best dot approved tire for the rocks out there.

    sidewalls are beast. I did puncture one, but i did so by drilling a rock at 30 mph, bend my beadlock ring, steering box sector shaft, and a dana 44 knuckle too. I just patched it and its still being ran to this day.

    as for treadwear, you have to run them at fairly low pressures to keep a decent contact patch on the street. they come with sorta a rounded contact pattern. expect around 20k miles out of a set.

        well i guess im picking up a set cheep with low tread this weekend and having them grooved for some more life, 38.5's hopefully wont mean too much breakage btw has anyone ever ran a d35? think it will hold up?

          How much are you thinking you can get out of them from grooving? There is a set in NY in that size for [relatively] cheap that have less than legal tread in the middle.
