They have everything you need. I will be doing mine very soon, if you want to see what I do. I can get all the parts I need from them, minus a tube clamp for about 200$Dan.

It needs to be a double action. 1.5" body, 8" stroke, and either .75" or 1" shaft. I just looked mine up and its $128

don't wanna sound like a douche, but you get what you pay for.

buy, install, forget about it.
Also, a hyrdaulic ram is going to move that clamp, without a doubt. Tabs really should be welded, pretty simple too. Weld one tab on the long side of the axle tube and the other tab on the tie rod. Also two tabs are cheaper than that one clamp.Last edited by Zullock Holmes; 09-10-2012, 10:27 AM.No worries, I'm not actually back, I'm just reminiscing about the old days.

Worst case, and what I may do if I have a problem is weld a tab on either side of it to the tie rod so it can still be rotated if I have to change the alignment, but it still stops the clamp from moving. Although I have never heard of it.
Also, I dont care who makes it, if the measurements of the cylinder are the same, regardless of manufacturer, (except maybe some real piece of shit china ones) its going to do the same thing.
We should all know by now its not always "you get what you pay for", but you pay for who evers name is on it.
Dont get me wrong, buying a nice, proven setup is great, and most of the time the thing to do. Not knocking it. Just some of us dont have the money too.
I will be doing mine very soon, Dinicola, if you want to see how it works before you do yours. Then we can do your steering and assist at the same time.Dan.
