  • clutch slave cyl for 350?

    hey guys,,, ran into a stuck problem.. i blew out my clutch slave cylinder and i went to get a new one and for some reason i have no idea whats on it!!..

    i have a chevy 350 wtih t-10 trans..

    it looks alot like the 84 cj7 original parts,,, but im not sure..

    i took it too a shop and then said they have no idea what way to go .. soooo im not sure what way i need to go now..


    ANY HELP OR ANYTHING WOULD ROCK !!

    pic? find out what came with that trans and look one up for that application

      i tried that, it shoots me to one that wont bolt up.. its like my bell houseing is different than what it should be or they are pointing me to new things that are not the same...

      i will take a pic when i can, its as the shop still ...

        External or internal
        Mechanical or hydraulic.
        Since you said slave I'm guessing hydraulic.
        External you can buy a generic one and just make a custom mount.
        You can find them at places like summitracing and speedwaymotors.

        Generic internal slaves are harder to find.


        You can always call a clutch manufacture they might be nice to you.

          yea its an external that mounts to the bell houseing. but how do i know what the length of the shaft is? like how much it pulls and pushes for distance...
